Kitchen Wrap Direct respects your privacy rights. Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

• Know what Personal Information we have collected about you
• Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information
• Request that we delete your Personal Information (unless we have a legal obligation to maintain it)
• Obtain a copy of your Personal Information in a portable format
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information
• Opt out of the use of your Personal Information for targeted advertising
• Opt out of the use of your Personal Information for profiling purposes
• Know, upon request, the specific third parties with whom we share your Personal Information
• Appeal a denial of any of the above requests

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com and include the following in your message:

• Your full name
• The email address and telephone number you submitted through our website
• Your state of residence
• The type of request you are making (access, correction, deletion, portable copy, opt out of sale/sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of profiling, or appeal)

We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If we cannot verify that you are the person about whom we collected the information, or an authorized agent acting on that person's behalf, we may deny the request.

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and endeavor to respond within 45 days. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Important Limitation

If we have already transmitted your Personal Information to our matching platform or to an installer before you make a deletion request, deleting the information from our records will not delete it from theirs. We will notify the platform of your deletion request, but you may need to contact any installer who has contacted you directly.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com with the subject line "PRIVACY APPEAL." We will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
