Privacy Policy

Date last updated: July 28, 2026

This website is owned and operated by Kitchen Wrap Direct LLC.

We respect your privacy and understand that you have a right to know why we collect your Personal Information and what we do with it. This Privacy Policy applies to information that identifies you as a person (“Personal Information”) that we collect through our Website (as defined below) as well as information we may collect offline.

This policy describes the type of information we collect from you and/or that you may provide us when you visit and/or use this website and/or any of our mobile applications (individually or collectively, “Website”). “You/your/user(s)” means you as a user of our Website.

Please read the section titled “How Your Information Moves Through Our Network” carefully. Kitchenwrapdirect.com is a lead generation website. We do not perform kitchen wrap, cabinet refacing, surface film, or installation services ourselves. Our purpose is to collect your project request and route it to a service provider who can perform the work.

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms hereof, the Terms and Conditions, and any other terms or policies we post on the Website. If there is anything you do not understand, please email any inquiry to contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com. If at any time you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or provide us with any Personal Information.

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy by posting such changes or updates to the Website or emailing you notice of the changes. Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted. You can tell if this Privacy Policy has changed by checking the last modified date that appears at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any amendment, modification or change shall constitute your acceptance thereof.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION MOVES THROUGH OUR NETWORK

We want you to understand exactly where your information goes when you submit a project request. The flow is as follows:

  1. You submit a request on Kitchenwrapdirect.com. You provide your contact details and information about your kitchen wrap or surface project.
  2. We transmit your request to a contractor matching platform. The platform operates a network of independent installers and contractors. We share the Personal Information you submitted with the platform so that a qualified provider can be identified for your project.
  3. The platform routes your request to one or more independent installers or contractors. These installers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or affiliates, and we do not control them.
  4. The installer contacts you directly using the telephone number, email address, or other contact details you provided.

Once your Personal Information has been transmitted to the platform and to an installer, we no longer control how that information is used, stored, or retained. The platform and each installer maintain their own privacy practices, and their use of your Personal Information is governed by their own policies, not by this Privacy Policy.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by a particular installer, you must inform that installer directly. If you wish to be removed from our records, see the section titled “Your Rights” below.

CONSENT TO BE CONTACTED BY PHONE, TEXT, AND EMAIL

By submitting your information through a form on this Website, you are providing your prior express written consent for Kitchen Wrap Direct LLC and the installers, contractors, and service partners in our network to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided. This includes:

  • Live telephone calls
  • Prerecorded or artificial voice messages
  • Autodialed calls and text messages (SMS/MMS)
  • Marketing and promotional emails

This consent applies even if the number you provide is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. You are not required to give this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to revoke consent. You may revoke this consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Emailing contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com with the subject line “REVOKE CONSENT”
  • Telling any caller that you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list

We will honor revocation requests within a reasonable time and no later than the period required by applicable law. Please note that revoking consent with us does not automatically revoke any consent you may have provided directly to an installer after you were connected with them. You will need to contact that installer directly.

YOUR SECURITY

We strive to keep your Personal Information private and safe. We take commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative steps to maintain the security of Personal Information collected, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the transmission of data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we will use reasonable means to ensure the security of information you transmit through the Website, any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties, and we will not be liable for any breach of the security of your Personal Information resulting from causes or events that are beyond our control, including, without limitation, your own act or omission, corruption of storage media, defects in third party data security products or services, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, hacking, sabotage, or terrorism, and we are not responsible for unauthorized circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Various state laws provide you with certain rights as a consumer. If you are a resident of any of those states, you may have the following rights:

  • The right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you
  • The right to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information
  • The right to request that we delete your Personal Information (unless we have a legal obligation to maintain such information)
  • The right to obtain a copy of your Personal Information from us in a portable format that would allow you to transmit the data to another company
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information
  • The right to opt out of the use of your Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising
  • The right to opt out of the use of your Personal Information for profiling purposes
  • The right to know, upon request, the specific third parties with whom we share your Personal Information
  • The right to appeal a denial of any of the above requests

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Important limitation. If we have already transmitted your Personal Information to our matching platform or to an installer before you make a deletion request, deleting the information from our records will not delete it from theirs. We will notify the platform of your deletion request, but you may need to contact any installer who has contacted you directly.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF ANY STATE THAT HAS PASSED APPLICABLE LAWS RELATING TO YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS, THE BEST WAY TO EXERCISE THOSE RIGHTS IS TO VISIT OUR PRIVACY REQUEST PAGE HERE.

If you have any questions relating to your privacy rights, you may also email us at contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If we cannot verify that you are the person about whom we collected the information, or that you are an authorized agent acting on that person’s behalf, we may deny the request.

Combining and Analyzing Information

We collect a variety of types of Personal Information directly from you, from automated means, and from third party and public sources. We may combine and analyze this data to identify common links between certain behaviors and personal characteristics to create a profile of you. This allows us to understand our users who have similar characteristics or have performed similar actions and who are likely to share similar interests in our products and services. Based on this analysis, we may create categories of individuals who are targeted accordingly with offers and promotions by email, online advertising, and/or social media. We may also use this analysis to score, rank, or route your project request within our installer network.

You may opt out of having your Personal Information used for such profiling purposes by visiting our Privacy Request page.

CATEGORIES OF THIRD PARTIES WITH WHOM WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are committed to maintaining your trust and we want you to understand when and with whom we may share Personal Information and information collected about you. We do not share your Personal Information with any third parties except as set forth herein.

Contractor Matching Platform. We share the Personal Information contained in your project request with a contractor matching platform that operates our installer network. This is the primary purpose for which we collect your information.

Installers and Contractors. The platform shares your Personal Information with one or more independent installers or contractors who may be able to assist you with your project. Those installers will contact you directly using the email address and/or telephone number you provided. These installers are independent businesses and are not our employees or agents. Once we transmit your Personal Information into the network, we have no control over any Personal Information that is shared between you and an installer or the use that they may make of such Personal Information.

Other Lead Buyers. If no installer in our network is able to service your project, or if you consented to be matched more broadly, we may share your Personal Information with other home improvement service providers, lead marketplaces, or lead buyers who may be able to assist you. You may opt out of this at any time.

Service Providers. We may also disclose your Personal Information to outside individuals and companies that help us bring you the products and services we offer, assist us in advertising and marketing, and create, operate, and maintain our Website. For example, we may share your Personal Information with other companies or individuals in order to:

  • Manage a database of customer information
  • Host our Website
  • Distribute our marketing and other emails
  • Provide telephone dialing, text messaging, and call center services
  • Provide payment processing
  • Advertise our services to you
  • Assist us with direct marketing and data collection
  • Provide lead verification and data appending
  • Provide data storage
  • Provide data analysis
  • Provide fraud prevention
  • Provide other services designed to assist us in developing and running our Website and maximizing our business potential

Affiliates. We may share your Personal Information with our corporate affiliates and related brands under common ownership.

Investors and Business Transactions. If we seek investors or go through a business transition, including but not limited to a merger, acquisition by another company, or a sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information will likely be shared as part of the negotiation of the transaction pursuant to an adequate confidentiality agreement and will likely be among the assets transferred in the event of a sale or partial sale of our assets.

Law Enforcement, Court Actions, and Fraud Prevention. We may also disclose or share your Personal Information with other companies or individuals when legally required to do so, to cooperate with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Website, to limit our legal liability and protect our rights, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users of the Website or the public.

You may send us a request for the identities of third parties with whom we share your Personal Information if you are a resident of a state that requires we provide that information to you by visiting our Privacy Request page.

SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the privacy laws of California and several other states, the term “sale” is defined broadly and includes disclosing Personal Information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. The term “sharing” includes disclosing Personal Information for cross context behavioral advertising.

Because we operate as a lead generation website and receive consideration for transmitting your project request to our matching platform, to installers, and to other lead buyers, our transfer of your Personal Information may constitute a “sale” or “share” under these laws.

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information at any time. To do so, click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or email contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com.

Please note that if you opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, we will not be able to connect you with an installer, because transmitting your information to an installer is the service you requested. Opting out after you have already submitted a project request will prevent future transfers but will not recall information already transmitted.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other opt out preference signals transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of Personal Information for that browser or device.

We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.

DE-IDENTIFIED, ANONYMIZED, OR AGGREGATE DATA

We may generate and use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregate data for various purposes. Such data cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will maintain and use this data only in a de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify such data, except as permitted by applicable law. It is measured anonymously and only in the aggregate. We use such data to maintain and administer the Website, analyze trends, gather demographic information, and comply with applicable law. We may share this information with others without express notice to you or consent from you, and we may exploit, use, and disclose this data without limitation of any kind.

TARGETED ADVERTISING AND REMARKETING

You may see advertisements for our services on other websites and mobile applications because we work with third party advertisers to engage in remarketing and retargeting activities. Through our relationships with these advertisers, we can target messaging to our users by interest based, demographic, contextual, and other means. These third party advertisers track your online activities over time and across websites and mobile applications by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of third party cookies, web server logs, and web beacons. They use this information to show you advertisements that may be tailored to your individual interests.

The information our advertising partners may collect includes data about your visits to websites and mobile applications that participate in the relevant advertising networks, such as the pages or advertisements you view and the actions you take on the websites or apps. This data collection takes place both on our Website and on third party websites and mobile applications that participate in the advertising networks. This process also helps us track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Some third party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org).

TO OPT OUT OF OUR TARGETED ADVERTISING, PLEASE VISIT OUR PRIVACY REQUEST PAGE.

You may also email us at contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com.

Please be aware that if you opt out of targeted advertising, you may still see ads online as you browse the Internet, in your social media feed, and elsewhere, but such ads will not be personalized to you based on any Personal Information we have collected about you.

OTHER WEBSITES

Our Website may contain links or references to websites operated by third parties, including the websites of individual installers, or you may have come to our Website using a link found in another website. This does not mean that we endorse these websites or the goods or services they provide. We do not make any representations or warranties about any website that may be linked to the Website. Such other websites are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for, their information, products, or activities. Our privacy practices may differ from those of these other websites. If you provide Personal Information at one of these third party websites, you are subject to the privacy policy of the operator of that website, not our Privacy Policy. Please make sure you understand the other website’s privacy policy before providing such website with any Personal Information.

If you use a third party website or application to access our Website or your account on our Website, your activities on such third party sites or apps are governed by the privacy practices of those sites or apps. The privacy policies of other sites and apps may differ significantly from ours, and we have no control over the operation of those sites or apps or the manner in which they collect, store, or process data.

YOUR CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND OPTING OUT

There are ways by which you can control how your Personal Information is used.

Tracking

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please visit your specific browser’s instructions for doing this. The “Help” function on most browsers contains information on how you can set your browser to notify you before accepting cookies, or you can disable them entirely. If you opt out of cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of various features of the Website that are available to other users. If you use more than one browser, you will need to change each browser’s settings in order to refuse cookies.

Promotional Offers

If you do not wish to receive our email promotional offers, you may opt out by checking the relevant box when we collect your information, logging into your account to update your preferences, or clicking on the “unsubscribe” link found in emails we send to you. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for changes to your email preferences to take effect. During that time, you may continue to receive email communications from us that were already in process.

Opting out of receiving our marketing communications will not affect your receipt of service related communications, such as project confirmations and status updates, breach notifications, or other communications for which we have a legal obligation to inform you or which are necessary to prevent fraud or harm.

Text Messages

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Advertising

If you do not want us to use Personal Information that we collect to deliver advertisements to you, you can opt out by emailing contact@kitchenwrapdirect.com or by visiting our Privacy Request page.

There are various third parties who provide tools that allow you to opt out of Internet based and mobile advertising on your device. Please visit the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page, currently available at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/, or the Network Advertising Initiative opt out tool, currently available at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.

When using the ad industry opt out tools described above, note that: (a) if you opt out we may still collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it will not be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you; (b) if you use multiple browsers or devices you may need to execute this opt out on each browser or device; and (c) other ad companies’ opt outs may function differently than our opt out, and we have no control over the practices of any third parties. If you use any of the third party opt out tools listed above, we do not make any representations or warranties about such opt out services. Such services are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for, their performance.

We will confirm receipt of your verifiable consumer request within ten (10) business days and provide you with information about how we will process the request, describing our verification process and when you should expect a response. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
